PRIVACY POLICY
Integer Insurance Broker Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “Integer” or “we”) aware that your personal information is very important, so we commit to making maximum efforts to protect clients through Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes how Integer collects, uses, and discloses your personal information, including the categories of personal information we process and the purposes for which we use it.
Integer may amend the content of the policy by posting an update to the Integer system, which will be effective from the time of posting. If you continue to use Integer services, it means you have accepted and agreed to abide by the latest updated Terms of service.
1. Types of information we collect
– Contact details: such as your name, email, address, phone number or your zalo, viber, whatsapp…
– Unique identifiers: such as Passport Number, National ID, National Social Insurance Number
– Demographic details: such as your date of birth, age, gender, race, photo, marital status, lifestyle, and insurance requirements
– Employment information: such as job title, employee number, employment status, salary, employment benefits, and employment history, qualifications and affiliations
– Health information: such as medical records, health status and medical assessment outcomes
– Benefits information: such as benefit elections, pension entitlement information, date of retirement and any relevant matters impacting your benefits e.g. voluntary contributions, pension sharing orders, tax protections or other adjustments
– Financial information: such as credit history and bankruptcy status, salary, tax code, third-party deductions, bonus payments, benefits and entitlement data, national insurance contributions details
– Insurance policies and claims details: such as information about any claims concerning your or your employer’s insurance policy, existing and previous insurance policy details, previous accident and claims history
– Marketing and communications preferences: such as interests and preferred language
– Online information: such as computer, device and connection information (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, unique device identifier), usage data collected when visiting our websites, device location information
– Events information: such as information about your interest in and attendance at our events, including provision of feedback forms
– Background checking information: such as inclusion on a sanctions list or a public list of disqualified directors, the existence of previous or alleged criminal offences, or confirmation of clean criminal records, information in relation to politically exposed persons (“PEPs”)
– Comments, feedback or other information provided to us: such as social media interactions with our social media presence, comments provided on feedback forms or surveys and questions or information sent to our support services
– Account login credentials: such as username and password, password hints and security information related to a Service we provide
– Payment information: such as credit or debit card number and bank account details
2. How does Integer protect and store Client’s information
All information clients provide to Integer will be stored, protected and controlled on Integer’s system in accordance with Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and the Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP detailing measures for implementing the Law on Personal Data Protection.
Integer only allows access to personal information for employees assigned according to job responsibilities in the Integer system.
3. Purpose of storing customer information
Integer’s goal is to deliver the best insurance solutions to our clients. Therefore, Integer stores clients’ personal information to:
– Provide information, services and support as requested by Clients
– Send email to notifications of typical Integer programs, events or updates on insurance services
– Resolve any disputes or arising issues related to the customer’s insurance program with advice from Integer
– Prevent illegal or prohibited activities as stated in the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and the Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP detailing measures for implementing the Law on Personal Data Protection
– Measure and improve Integer services
– Compare and contrast the accuracy of information provided by the Customer with third parties
– Other purposes are allowed by law and Integer will notify Integer clients in each specific case
Integer commits to keeping all client’s information confidential when clients use our insurance consulting services; will not disclose to third parties unless there is client’s requests or from competent state agencies. Integer only changes client’s information when there is consent or confirmation of the client’s request to update information.
4. Rights and obligations of clients
You have the right to know about the processing of your personal data; access to view, edit or request corrections from Integer; right to data deletion; the right to restrict data processing; the right to protect your personal data; and other rights such as the right to complain, sue, request compensation, etc. according to the provisions of law, unless otherwise agreed between clients and Integer.
Integer will not be liable for any losses arising from limitation, restriction, suspension, cancellation, prevention or prohibition.
This notice is an integral part of the contract, service agreement and documents that clients have established and signed with Integer.
We encourage clients to regularly check, update information and notifications to promptly update any changes that we may make in accordance with the law.
